I decided to make a thread about this new hosting, because I think it's very suspicous.
First of all, they were reselling FalixNodes' servers many times (according to this thread: https://winterhoax.com/d/109-viahost) and now they decided to start a real minecraft hosting.
First thing that is suspicous that they don't pay anything at all for the nodes. 
(According to the owner, the nodes are from a provider called "ArvanCloud") 
Second thing that there is no TOS and Privacy Policies at all. Not even on the page, or on the discord. 
Nothing on the main page btw, no information about the hosting.
Here are the hosting types that they provide 
(when they opened there was an option called discord bot hosting but they removed that because they didn't find a ptero egg)
One thing to mention: my vanilla server with no plugins on this hosting took more than a minute to start 
lol "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 5023ms or 100 ticks behind"
They give 6GB ram and 115% cpu core (they keep changing it so it might be different when you read this thread) for free, the #nodes channel in the discord has lack of information.

Another thing to mention that the owner is 14 
Personally I don't think that this hosting is ready for opening, website is not set up, discord is not set up, missing ptero eggs, slow nodes, etc.
