Hye Cloud is the best probably. Contabo is cool for free Minecraft hosting OR node.js hosting OVH is perfect for the people that need the best performance. L2H is poor for Minecraft hosting. and cool for node.js/Python Hosting.
I suggest adding ReviveNode web hosting since its amazing. :)

I'd say hetzner cloud / dedicated servers for EU and ovh for the USA / Canada
Never used hye cloud / vultr / l2h, contabo is good for fabithost and not much else and ofc cbtnodes gets a 420/69 trustpilot rating from me
