This document is currently just temporary, and a more thorough one will be publicised shortly.
By means of German, U.S. and International Law is this agreement governed which constitutes the relationship between now cited provider, “provider, tiltctrl, Drama.GG,Thield, We, Us, Our, Company” and client; “You, Client, User”. Should one practice legal prosecution on tiltctrl and or its entities will it by this very writing take place within the Republic of Germany and its judiciaries. Said client and provider agree to the entirety of this contract.
Termination Clause
Said provider reserves full right to the withdrawal and therefore termination of aforeconstituted relationship without no further notice nor under named pretences. Similarly does the client reserve one’s right to terminate said relationship via an account deletion.
As required by German Law tiltctrl is required to keep said data for 70 days after termination request.
Description of Relationship
Users act under their own liability, if in case of a legal occurrence, thereby a request of a user’s information for usage in legalities, will tiltctrl as required to provide said data. Abuse of the forecited will not be dealt with lightly, the provider defines said abuse as fraud and will report it to proper authorities.
Furthermore in regards to legal occurrences will Drama.GG and tiltctrl act as unbiased, non-intervening third-parties, having no reason to intercept legal proceedings.
Drama.GG shall not be liable for the following:
Any action made by an individual or organisation on its sites.
Illegalities practiced within its sites by their users.
